Good

Huge room but a little dated. Good varied breakfast.

It took 3 trips to get access to my room, the first 2 key cards failed to open the door. The 3rd attempt worked but set off a lock alarm that maintenance told me to ignore. I assumed they'd fix during my stay but no sign. The hotel is a warren of corridors and lifts but several of those lifts didn't reach from entrance to my floor. Most of the fruit at breakfast was from tins.

Grand at the Grand Hotel

Everything, even the long walk in the corridor to get to the bedroom. We had breakfast each morning E12 and it was worth it. If you book your breakfast online it costs E10. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfy and the shower was hot. Really couldn't fault it. My daughter had a Spa treatment and she said good value for money. There are some good restaurants down near the harbour. We went to the Chinese restaurant going down the road to the harbour on the right side of the road, and that was very good and reasonably priced.

Nothing, all good the rooms were quiet.

Well the Hotel its a very nice hotel ,the staff is so gentle especially at the front desk there was a lady who was always helpful and always with a smile.

I think that the hotel nowadays needs to be upgraded with some of the things example I pretended that with the value of money I payed needed to be with a standard example the air-condition is so so old and the remote didn't work as of the screen, flushing you need to wait for 2 hours to fill even after they adjusted it the dlushing was leaking,the bathroom was not in a good standard tiles are not in order. I sorry to say this because I love this hotel but needs to be adjusted the errors.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay and would happily return.

We were switched to a room at the front of the hotel which had a wonderful view of the harbour. It was lovely to sit on the balcony, in the sun, in December and watch the ferries come and go. The walk along the cliffs from the hotel was beautiful as was the view across to Malta.

There were a few little things in the room/bathroom that could have been cleaner. The wifi was really bad in Room 311 which was frustrating as one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had free wifi in all the rooms. I needed to use it for work and found it kept dropping out.

We won’t be rushing back! The Hotel is vast but not a welcoming place.

The view was spectacular and the room was excellent. The evening meal was satisfactory at best but at least the staff were attentive.

We had to get two lifts to access our room which was a long way from Reception, however our disappointment was not about that, more the indifference and lack of interest from some Receptionists. We weren’t made welcome, given no information about the hotel and it’s facilities,there were few guests in the hotel so we were not impressed !

Gem in Mgarr, Gozo

Location overlooking Mgarr Harbour and the fabulous blue Gozo channel and Comino is unique.... great sunrises and equally great sunsets. Day by the pool is very relaxing especially with those views. Recommend a superior room with terrace for a full experience. Breakfast is a good quality spread. Staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful!

Garage ramp is awkward and this should really be arranged a bit as you can easily have an accident. Hotel decor and furnishings are aging a bit now. Pool area slightly on the small side so at peak hour in the afternoon it’s a bit too busy when the hotel is full.

The view. The hospitality. In summer swimming in the outside pool . While enjoyng that great view was awesome

We were so satisfied . That we were going again for the 3rd time in less than a year. We were going from Friday 20th march till Monday 23 rd march. 2020. But we had to cancel due to the Coronavirus Attack. God's will. Looking forward to go again.

Enjoyed, relaxed, good parking.

Well i was happy to be upgraded as for the price i paid i had a lovely room. Next time i visit i would prefer being on the 5th or 6th floor. Thanking you for all your help, i enjoyed myself very much and relaxed which was i really needed. The indoor pool which i used every day was clean and warm enough.

Maybe you could open the pool at 7a.m. not at 8:00a.m. so one may have a swim before breakfast.

Very Good

Great location. Amazing views. Rooms well planned and when finished will be outstanding.

The hotel has been improved, but the new rooms and suites were in use before properly prepared for guests. Level of finish on rooms and building dust and debris too evident. Food prices a little too high. Quality of food needs improvement.
